TEC Labby Host FS $50, Melles Griot with Prisms

These are used units made by Melles Griot.
06DLL series, a very expensive lab laser system.
They are run by a bench top TEC / diode driver system I'll keep. Can be run as labby , or funky handheld for 2W 445nm, etc.
They have an ~ 81 element TEC, a prism pair. Comes with DIN connector at the rear with cable, or I can keep the cable for $10 less cost.
9mm diode used but if I remember, the diode is mounted flush to the surface so 5.6mm should be OK, otherwise brass 9mm to 5.6mm diode converter included.
I have 3 units, less red / IR diodes:
1) 06DLL507
833nm, 30mW

2) 06DLL677
640nm, 10mW

3) 06DLL107
750nm, 3mW
$50 or $40 without cable.

833nm unit has diode removed. Otherwise I will not remove the other diodes.
Not a bump, as a member was asking me in a PM about this. Would prefer to keep DIN connector and cable at $10 less so $40 each. Thought it would be good for 638nm 300mW/ 500mW build as coating are a beeter match (lens and prism pair).
The prisms alone are worth the price!

what were these lasers intended for?

High quality lab experiments, etc. Various technologies / research. Typically used for various commercial research, in Universities, etc. I thought it would be a good build for some of the higher powered red diodes now offered in 638nm, or 658nm. Coating should be good for those diodes.
I also have Power Technology modules that have TEC and fan. Electronics are not accessible as it is propitiatory, so I gut them and offer for builds.
$40 as well, but no optics (no collimating lesn, and no prisms).
