Update: Got question of why I would possibly want to sell this creation.

I have the DL Aurora 200mW (stable at 275mW). This is by far sufficient power output for me. I was actually kind of disappointed that it was overspec, as I purchased it to get a fairly "low" power output 447nm. And the Aurora host is awesome not to say portable. :)

Stable as a rock pending 768 - 770mW (And Who Would Want More? :shhh:) ;)

If you want some more cream out of it, I remember that people here posted threads on tweaking the arctic. As the cooling should be sufficient for a stable 1-1.2W run.

My friend interested in the laser has not gotten back to me. Could just be weekend break. He ofc has first dibs, but if anyone else interested, please drop a message.

Isn't the Arctic rated and sold as a 1W laser?

It's labelled as < 1W. lol.

My G2 meters around 760-775mw on high as well. ~200mw on low.

As rocket689 said sold as < 1W, but on their web site they actually point out the power output to be 500-1000mW.

As for labeling it's actually labeled with a very optimistic <1.25W sticker :p

Mine says <1W

Yep!

Do not have the time to pull out the camera, but double checked the host right now. Identical sticker, but mine says <1.25W :)

Think this was the label used on the original G1's aswell for those wanting delivery without the safety switch.

Just a bigger scam from WL. Advertising it as a <1.25W so that people that don't know any better think it I'd a 1.25W
