How big is the host? It's hard to get a feel for the dimensions. Also you mention the tail cap clickie... how about more pictures:)

Here you go - size comparison (that's an 18650) AND a tail cap shot ;)
(sorry for the cameraphone quality on this one)

Cool, thanks for the pic. Actually smaller than I though:p

Considering how few of these builds are out there right now, this should go very fast.

That first pic is very good btw.

Re: FS: 635nm 425mW - 600mW "The Echo" Build

Yup dont be fooled by the power comparisons..

Ive got a 650g-1 in my 625mW 635nm and it washes out my 1.2w 445nm.

The brightness on these things is insane.

How easy would it be to change the lens on that? and now much more expensive around would you say the 650-G lens would cost?
This thing looks like a beast btw :)

The brightness is unreal.

I think the 650-G lenses are like $45 plus shipping? I'd check Jayrob's sales page, but I'm on a mobile right now.

Nope - I take back that previous post.

http://laserpointerforums.com/f64/f...fication-fit-aixiz-25-increase-red-46332.html

It looks like it's $52 + $3 shipping = $55 for the 650-G-1 lens from Jayrob.

If that frightens you, there's really no need to feel that you're selling yourself short at 425mW of 635nm. That's a really damn bright beam at 425mW. If you're comparing this to another 650/660nm red, this will be nowhere similar. It's night and day. This red is immensely brighter.

I would buy this, but I wouldn't have enough cash till a couple weeks from now. :/
Maybe In a couple weeks another one that's similar will pop up.

This looks really awesome. I may be interested in this. So this is kind of a orangish red color? I only have one shitty 660nm so having a bright red is just what I need.

It's still red, more red than it is orange, but you start to see the orange making an appearance in the tint.

Certainly the main benefit here, is the insane brightness. Our eyes are so much more sensitive to this wavelength of light.

These 635nm have a nice color and very bright too, I love mine from CNI. I bough mine because Aryntha, I think he was the first here with a high power 635nm.

I hope we will see 1W of these things soon...

Cheers
