Up for sale here are two beautiful single mode lasers, a change from the usual 2-3W 445nm lasers always on the board.

I'll keep that in mind. Which one are you interested in?

If there's more interest than the two I have, I'll consider making more, with more options. I really like this host, as it's fairly sleek, and I believe it has 4 color variants as well.

Heatsinks shipped a few days ago....from Croatia, though I picked the slightly more expensive air mail, so I expect them to be here in less than a week.

That's it right there^ I'll get the blue one posted when I get back to the dorms.

I guess since I have everything but the heatsink, I can get outputs of these today and post them. Keep in mind these are conservative currents to try to keep the wavelenths as desirable as possible, with glass lenses, so don't get too excited. Not so much going for power here.

If need be, like I said, I can make more.

Heatsinks are here. Also got the fog machine so all that will be picked up tomorrow, lasers put together, and beamshots taken. Should be a good day.

you can run the PL450 to 260mW (i have two of these running at that with no issues) and it appears the Opnext to around 230mW. i suppose lower is "safer" but then whats the fun in that?

At higher power you lose the desired wavelength. DTR is going to test the wavelength shift so time will tell on that diode.
