Financially? Or technically, because technically it's really simple although a bit daunting when you unpack all the kit.

All it really packs is some oversized cables and a few plugs :) plug em' all in pop your multimeter into the controller and set it to seven amps, and out comes some crystal blue light :san:

its a great laser but its kinda been back seated with all the new ones.
I love that color and it looks great but i just cant see paying over 100 for it.

Welcome to have an opinion but I don't think they've been back seated or replaced at all. 488nm and 445nm are very different colours, not only that but the gas system is a particularly interesting way of producing laser light, certainly something that's not going to die out soon in the hobbyist world.

I think the price I've got it up for is more than fair enough for the minute, so I'll leave it up and wait for the right person to come along :)
