Hello, all!

I think its about time I offered some adspace on one of my most popular forums, www.spyroforum.com

Some stats:
Unique hits per day: >500
Unique hits per month: >20,000
Raw hits per month: >300,000

The space:

Mostly teens that visit (80% of people < age 20). I'm sure most of them would be interested in lasers ;)

I'm looking for advertisers on a month-by-month basis, but a yearly rate could be established.

Hates math so he pulls out his calculator :-?

500 x 30 = 15,000

I know I'm not very good with math, so it's probably the way I'm solving the equation, but is 15,000 really >20,000 in the new math? :-/

Has college changed so much? **sigh** :(

Peace,
dave

Ads, ads, ads, ads.

This is for banner space, but you actually need ads first ;) So, sorry for the kinda hijack, but if anyone needs professional Flash/animated/any ads made for them give me a pm. I'll make to spec, and for free ;)

Oh, and check out my signature \/

Yeah, sorry about that spyrorocks, but who knows. Maybe someone will be more enticed by a banner ad if I can make a nice ad for them for free ;)

You know that this is coming from a college professor so it's just a little tip to those that plan on seeking higher edumacation, to proof read what it is that you are writing prior to submission. I don't know how many papers I've gotten back from my professors with corrections all over it for some reason or another. That's why I'm taking english 101 next semester. Getting tired of looking ignorant.

I don't know, make me an offer and I will consider it.

$2.00 a month, with a three month trial period. What kind of pricing did you have in mind ?

Spyro - I would like to try it out, but the cost (as small time as I am) is a little too high - plus I really don't want the majority of my customers under the age of 18 (no offense) that may or may not be responsible enough to own a laser.

Well, I have had problems finding a good ad program to monetize spyroforum. I get decent traffic and such, but nothing has been working out for me.

I understand about the under 18 thing. Maybe this is the wrong place to look for sponsors...

well it depends on your morals... 15-21 year olds have a good amount of disposable income, so if you warned them about laser safety and shiz, they only have themselves to blame if something goes wrong.

Well, wouldn't talking about safety and other things be the responsibility of the actual site being advertised?

So just make sure that the site you're advertising has all the required information on laser safety, problem solved.
