[highlight]PS. NOTE TO ALL: Many of you have probably notice that i havent been on the forum for about 1 week. Its because we here in Australia, Melbourne had a killer 1 week of 40+ degrees cel heatwave which cause 1/4 power failure to melbourne, in turn means no Air Con, No Fridge to cool food. So it had to be all thrown away. It was very CHAOTIC here, And if that wasnt enough, my beloved nephew of 2 months died in he's sleep, which required me to drive 10hrs away and stayed for the time being. So i do apologised if there has been some late response to PM's, and sending items out. PHR-803T BLU-RAY SLED - DIODES
These PHR-803T selds are the common XBOX360 HD DVD Add On'c driver sleds we been using for the 405nm Diodes from Toshibathey give out a Violet beam. Although its called a Blu Ray laser diode, its not to be mistaken for a "BLUE" laser diode. These have been known to be driven upto 300mw but is Highly not recommended. The ideal range for these diodes are 100mW- 125mW.NOTE: These are NOT the BROKEN/DEFECT sled, But brand new and perfectly useable for replacment in your xbox HD DVD Add On.
LPC-815 20X RED LONG DIE OPEN CAN
These sled/diodes are from the LG 20X DVD burner driver. The Diode is manufactured by LG also. They have been proved to be very stable at high power output ranging up to 300mw+ They are an Open Can Diode so they are extremly fragile. Harvesting these you have to be very careful when harvesting. You can get the IR diode and the 3 optics will these if ordering the Diodes. BUT YOU MUST ASK FOR IT!!!NOTE: These are NOT the BROKEN/DEFECT sled, But brand new and perfectly useable for replacement in your LG 20X DVD Burner.
