+20mW 638nm Laser $15


I bought this as a 635nm some time ago. It was sold for $65.

Diode inside is a Sanyo DL-5148-030, datasheet attached.

The anode and cathode of the AAA batteries is reverse compare to 650nm laser pointer.


Shipping is +$10 for EU members and +$12 for US members.

That is a nice wavelength and a great price! Should go super quick! I would buy it but I feel like I have spent ~200 or more in the past 2 weeks....gotta slow my happy a$$ down. Getting Trigger Happy with the PayPal button does work on my bank acount lol. :crackup:

Btw, the diode inside this laser get sold for $130 alone locally in Austria :beer:
