Hi Mr. Bright,

Paypal sent.  I've been looking at these for about 4 months and decided to finally get one.  I am very excited as the pictures I've seen show an excellent level of workmanship.

I can't wait to get it, but please take your time to make it extra special!

Thanks again sir.
Thanks, I'll put my best effort into yours as usual. In the meantime if you have any requests just let me know.

Re: 300mW red burner lasers with copper sink $140

My red burner arrived today and man does it burn. The heat sink is very solid and it runs cool even after a minute of run-time. Very nice workmanship!

Thanks LikeItBright. :)

Traveller Your 280mW burner in black host is ready.  Looks smart  ;)

Hey C, got it and man, if that's not a work of art, dunno what is...

I still can't get over the fact that it took only five business days from NZ to AT, door to door...

I've got a review planned, maybe tomorrow, but 'till then you & the community are welcome to the following preview  ;)

EDIT - My review's done so I moved the pics over accordingly.

I hope you all enjoy it :D

Wow... 300! C, you think the diodes from these "LPC" sleds are up to the task? Is there any plans for >20x in the DVD world, or is BluRay the only future in stie... :-/

Btw, I bought the same exact host - after seeing it posted here - and mine's a quasi military-green... . Is this one also on the greenish side, or is it black?

Hey LIB have had tried any of Igors new lenses with a blu-ray or red burner build yet.  They seem to add a nice amount of power and should tolerate high temps a lot better.

The new High NA short FL Lens will give the Red OC ~14% more power than the Aixiz glass lens...
and a better collimated beam.

The AR coating is 0.4% loss on the lens I have at 650nm.

Re: 300mW red burner lasers with copper sink $140

Hey LIB, Just received the Green and Red laser...... OH MY GOD did I spend some quality time playing with these (I should be studying for a midterm). I love them. Nice disguise on the green, I was bit confused at first but quickly figured it out  ;D.

The red one definitely beats my DX 200 mW any day, with the size that just fits in to your hand. Perfect.

The green one is great, I think I will start using that when I have to give presentations from now on :). Blind my audience with green light so they won't catch any of my technical errors. Or just keep them fixated on it. Making them drool cause they don't have one.. hahaha.

Haven't tested the burning capabilities of the two lasers, But will do that as soon as all my midterm passes. Can't wait until I get my first blue.

Thanks LIB for a belated and early Christmas Present to Myself.

LIB I got your laser in today and all I can say is WOW, totally incredible power.  This red beam can be seen easy in my computer room with all the lights on and I have four 75w recessed high hats in this room. It can burn pretty much anything rather quickly and produces an extremely bright beam, thank god I have three pairs of noIR glasses as this is no toy. Outstanding workmanship shines throughout this laser.  This red and my Blu-ray are getting there own Pelican case for sure.  Thank You again.  Bryan
