Yes its sold.   I do plan on making another but working with copper is tricky and takes a while so I won't be churning them out.  I do personal requests

Yes, 280mW/450mA. Nice burner

I had to ask him that same question!
They take 14500 3.7V li-ion batteries, I got them from DX.
