We need more info. Complete info. What can your cells discharge? I'm using 26650s in my parallels.

Kiz:
You're going to end up collecting a bunch of neg rep from people, fairly quickly, if you keep double posting (or in this case, quad posting). That is not tolerated well by most on this forum.

Re batteries - I don't know how anyone expects to parallel two of these drivers from the supply of just one CR123. That's not going to happen. I'm not sure I would expect success from even an 18650, short of an AW IMR maybe.

Soz! Wasnt lookin for red bars.. I knew the cr123 wasnt going to happen didnt expect it to. just tried one to see what the output would be like. Remember I just got a test load last week. I wont edit posts in the future if that is what is happening.. I read a post I respond and sometimes I try to go back and clarify..

The beer comment was uncalled for.

Sorry

To clarify, you ARE suppose to edit posts. You are NOT supposed to post, and then post a second time, and then post a third time, and then post a fourth time, all in a row. Go back, edit the first post, add your new "thoughts" there. Exceptions would be if you're posting twice in a row, and the second post is like a day later. Also, sometimes, there's a really intentional reason that a double-post is more logical than editing and adding info to the first post. But generally, the EDIT button is the safest was to avoid a lot of negative feedback from other members. Multiple posts in a row is considered rude - sort of like posting in ALL CAPS.

kizdawg no worries rhd is correct and I feel you enthusiasm. Just tone it down a bit. Start a thread about your testing on your new test load and compile your results and post away.

I'm going to have to bow out from offering these drivers.

The order placed thus far will get processed, but I am done taking orders for these, and can't sell them in the future.

They are just way too time consuming to assemble. Not only are the boost driver orders taking forever to fill, but all other orders are suffering from it too as I am spending every moment of spare time trying to assemble these things.

I simply don't have enough time to juggle a project of this scale.

If someone has the time, there is definitely money in these things to be made. I'll be looking to get rid of the ~1200 boards I have. If anyone wants them, you can have them for $35 for a panel of 100 boards, or $300 for all 1200 of them. I'm basically just going to try to get my money back on them.

Why don't you raise your price to a more reasonable margin for the time you are investing in them and work more at your own pace?

I'm just swamped with stuff. I've been putting off ambulance clinicals just to process orders, which is a very bad deal as i've still got 250 hours to go before i'm done...and i really want to double my salary really soon lol

I've probably only spent about 2 hours on the lathe in the past 3 weeks too.

there is surely someone else who will step in and make these drivers. the demand is too high for someone not to.

I think i'm just getting burnt out, trying to take on too much at once.
I'm going to stick with my JAD kits, and a couple other items and call it good.
