up for sale is a new never been used happ controls power pro 80-0003-ul.  I have no idea of it's capabilities as I got it with a box of other electronics.  Now it's taking up space never been used.  I can't tell you a damned thing about it cept it's silver has screws and electronics, it's a bit heavy about a pound or two and sits on my table.  As to it's use or value.  You got me.  gimme an offer.  I will tell you I'm looking for green and red laser shades.  so might be a good trade.  who knows.

Don't need, but its a great deal.

Looked it up for the heck of it, and they're almost 40 w/o shipping

game? as in a power supply for an arcade game? hmm
In montana gaming is legal. So you see casino's all over the place. Now we're not las vegas where slots and things like that are legal. Just keno games, poker games and both in machine forms. booming business here. So this is from a gaming machine.

I'm sure it could if you use appropriate resistors and whatnot.
