OK I've just had a sticky beak for 803T suppliers, managed to get one down to $20 per 100 sleds/diodes through my agent. I'm assuming once shipped in hand it'd be USD21 per item.

I'm trying for better though, I think it can be done especially for bigger orders :)

Unfortunately though, all I can offer is a bulk purchase and supply to a nominated forum member (cashier) to distrubute. I can't be doing that, plus coming from Australia it wouldn't be cost effective for anyone in seperate packages.

Hey, an Australian! Just keep popping up hey ;D

$21 USD is a great deal. If I didn't have all the PHR-803T I'll ever need, I'd get some of those ;D

Heh, well I'd offer to do a GB but I'm Australian too ;D

Need someone from the US to manage these things, because the majority of the shipping will go to the US anyway.

with all due respect, i want to do this myself, ive done my research and such, and feel i can truly offer a great deal to everyone.

i actually opened up and calculator and factored in what ndrew said to, and shipped out to you guys it would be about 17.50

i dont want to do a group buy, because if the company no longer has stock for some reason, i have a large sum of others money i have to deal with and refund.

Of that I have no doubt. If you will notice, I'm not arguing with you or trying to talk you out of or into anything. As a matter of fact, I have offered to support your effort by buying from you. Your defense is not needed.

Peace,
dave

okay, well i see that now, but you sure seemed disappointed that i chose not to hand this over to someone with more experience and such.
i mean, for all i know my contact might not even give me samples, so then theres no point buying a bunch of sleds i have no clue about.
this whole plan is still in its infancy, nothing is certain yet.

The sigh was paying homage to the reminder that there are some things about human nature that I cannot change.

Peace,
dave
