Just wanted to say what a great guy Rich is to deal with.
His work is impeccable and he goes out of his way to satisfy the customer.
Always replies quickly and is full of great advice and help.

I'm so happy with my MX900 host and sink that he made for it.
Being my first build, I was nervous but he was so helpful and provided everything I needed in the package, I just added the desired module, soldered two wires and I was done.

I added some 'Glow in the Dark' bands for the grooves and it turned out even better than I expected.
The NUBM07E 465nm produces an awesome coloured beam .... mmm.

Hi,
Here is a new plug n play this one is really awesome for a big boy diode. Solid copper heat sink and a brass focus adapter and a battery tube exstention for 2-18650's. Tons of sinking the heat issue and feels really good in your hands , hefty so to speak.
Asking $ 75.00 Shipped 2-day priority mail / Friends and family would be nice to keep PP out . But no big deal ..
Thank You Rich:)

Have to bump in on this one, you didn't mention but it looks like a C8 and looking at the raw stock prices of copper and brass and the heft your using you just can't be making much, host, parts and time.
If I wasn't getting the 2W 445 from you this would be a nice Christmas gift or would probably keep it myself:whistle:

Hi GSS,
This is true but i enjoy fabricating these sinks and knobs for a reasonable price. Yes the cost of material is way up and also the time it takes to make one. Not to mention finishing the the sink or knob to a high shine which takes a long time with no tooling marks. With my hosts already finished and you drop in your selected diode and driver you can build a really cool laser for minimal cost. Basically all the machining and modding is done for you. And the heat sinking is awesome for the life of the diodes, the weight alone from the copper sink and the brass knob impressive in your hand.
Thank You for looking buddy

Hi,
yes any diode would compliment this huge sink but it would be at home with a 44 in it GSS..

@ Alaska there is no problem making another one almost 2 inches of CU makes this a monster of a host. But you have to feel the weight to appreciate it.
the black against the CU color is really nice and shiny. takes 2-32650's or 2-26650's and plenty of room to sink the driver on the main sink.. Made 3 so far and they didn't last long.

Ok i just added you as a friend, maybe better talk about further customization if you do not have one on the shelf right now. I don't know what I would put in it right now, just like copper.
