Greetings everyone
I recently, January of 2012, received two laser dazzlers Model PL-C Pro 150 mW from Jetalser. PL-C Pro is so far Jetlaser's most recent model. Both lasers were tested and verified before shipping and were found to be slightly overspec; 155mW and 180mW. I intended to send one of them abroad but found out that green lasers are illegal in that country and will immediately be confiscated and destroyed by customs!!! As a result, I'm stuck with an extra unit which I have no use for and therefore I intend to sell. The laser pointer is brand new and not used. It is equipped with a safety lock to prevent others from hurting themselves. Like many other lasers, it came with a small user manual (nothing fancy), an 18650 rechargeable battery and an avarge universal charger. It is a very nice looking laser pointer (you may chick it on the Web PL-C Pro), heavy (about 600gms), sturdy, nice finish, and can easily be operated without the hassle of a smartsitch. All you have to do is turn the key switch on and press the tactical button on the back of the unit to launch its powerful green beam. When I received it, it was in an unmarked cardboard box, nothing fancy, so that is the box, it will be sent in if anyone is interested in the unit. By the way, laser dazzlers are basically weapons intended for self defense and for distant illumination and due to the nature of their beam, they will not permanently blind an attacker but rather dazzle him and only temporarily blind him giving the user enough time to run or react. The green beam it emits is powerful and can be seen traveling beyond the clouds. I love to add some photos but have not figured that out yet. I originally bought each unit for $269 + $20 shipping in addition to paypal percentage. If anyone is interested in the USA, I'm offering it for $350. The price includes shipping it with FedEx, DHL, UPS,or any of the other expedited shipping companies. I live in Pasadena, California. Shipping the unit anywhere within the States will probably take a max of 2-3 days ;)
Thanks for reading

So you bought it for $290 and are selling it for $350

I'm pretty sure these things are illegal/classed as weapons right?
Perhaps grey can jump in here and confirm this guy isn't just a scammer.

Uhm...

1. Pricing doesn't make sense.

No one is going to pay a premium for a used laser, which they can get brand new. Once it leaves the company it is USED.

2. No pictures. You can add pictures by posting them on photobucket or any photo hosting site, and then using the insert image button... looks like mountains on a postcard.

No doubt, at least to myself, I'm not a scammer! However, you have a 100% right to think that especially if 1: you don’t know me, and 2: scammers tend to drop by at the forum once in a while pulling tricks and robbing people of their rightful money. In regards to the laser unit, it is brand new, not used!!! I have another unit, exact same, that I use!!! I'm only offering one unit for sale, NOT 2 and the price is $350 regardless of what I initially paid. In the condition it does not sell, I will return it to Jetlasers. If anyone is interested in the unit, you may contact me via my email:Enchodus@gmail.com. It will be no problem for me to send photos.

To my knowledge, any laser pointer greater than 5mW is illegal and will be confiscated by customs if noticed. Also, to my knowledge, many thousands of units (pointers, handheld) with an mW far greater than 5mW are possessed by many tens of thousands of hobbyists and laser enthusiasts. So as far as legality is concerned, use your judgment! You can use a legal kitchen knife to slash people, slice them and dice them; does that make knives illegal? It makes you illegal. You can use a pencil to poke eyes out, does that make pencils illegal?? It makes you illegal. Many objects can be used wisely and unwisely, use them properly and you will always be legal. Back to the laser unit, it is a far more safer than a regular laser with a slashing burning beam over many meters distance! Despite the previous, it (the unit for sale) can be used to pop balloons, light matches, and burn holes through CD's at close distance (no more than 20 inches), again, due to the nature of the expanding beam vs a tight concentrated beam. The previous implies it has a potential to blind at this close range and unlike tightly focused lasers, its beam expands notably beyond that range and becomes less dangerous, thus, its inability to burn things beyond 20 inches. The NOHAD for the unit is, AS the manufacturer suggests, 1 meter? That is of course, if you don't keep your eyes widely opened and enjoy staring at the dazzling beam. It is far more safer than wicked lasers' and many others circulating in the market (i, e., IR, 500mW, 1000mW, 1200mW….etc). I'm NOT trying to underestimate its power, ALL LASERS are DANGEROUS and should NEVER be underestimated, just treat with respect regardless of the mW. I use my unit (again, not the one I'm selling but exactly the same) for distant illuminating, works great and I hope I never have a chance to use it, or any other laser to that matter, for self defense. If interested, please email me. Just remembered, no disrespect whatsoever, I will not sell the unit for anyone under 18 years old, so I may ask for a proof of age before commencing with the sale.

So that means you're not dropping by to scam people. LMAO

1. No one knows you.
2. You have not posted pictures of the working unit, and a piece of paper with your forum name and date.
3. You're asking a ridiculous price.

Talk costs nothing. You just popping on here saying "I'm selling this", with nothing to back it up but long paragraphs reads scam to me. You'll have to work a little harder to sell it here. Or go somewhere else.

OK, I suggest to add some pictures of the pointer near a sheet with the date and your nick :)

EDIT: Tech_Junkie was faster than me :D

You seem to have no trouble writing bricks of text, while sidestepping the main questions.

Specifically, it's not that hard to post pictures, and yes, the laser is used.

Once it is in your hands it is used. Same as if you drive a car off the dealer lot... it's used.

Gray can confirm your story... if he can't:banned:

Pay attention to what I wrote, if interested in this, regardless of infinitus. logic of used units, Brand New Unit, contact me via my email (previously indicated) and get all the details you want. Honestly, I'm not going through the hassles of posting photos on the forum. I think I was clear enough and I'm not hear to argue! I honestly don’t want to waist your time or mine, so I say again, if interested in such a unit, contact me for more details via email; end of story. Oh, you may want to chick with a person called Ryan who was a great help throughout the order and who happens to be a part of the support teem at Wickedlasers: support@freaklasers.com, maybe he will be nice enough and backup my story, two laser dazzlers sent to California, few weeks ago...

Then we won't go through the hassle of buying them...

It's not a matter of arguing or logic. It's a matter of following the same exact requirements as every single other person who wishes to sell on the forum.

You want to drive, you need a license. You want to sell on this forum, you need pictures.

Even the vets on the forum routinely post pictures of the items they sell.

It would have been easier for you to post pictures by now than to argue... the fact that you haven't speaks volumes.

Buyer beware.

Wait so you got this from JETL but were helped by someone from wicked lasers who's email address is from freaklasers...?
Also posting pics here is no harder than posting them to an email.
