I knew these things would get bought out. Much sooner however than I think any of us expected. Anyway I stocked up on them before this happened. I was planning on building a bunch of blu-ray lasers myself but this is a costly and time consuming task. I have already used the ones that I needed.


For sale: I have 4 remaining harvested diodes. I am asking $40 each.

I also Have 4 diodes harvested and placed in aixiz modules. (lead wires can be soldered on to the + and - pins on request) I am selling these diodes for $50 each, if you buy 4 the price will be $44


These will ship out of the San Francisco, CA I will ship worldwide but outside of the US shipping will be an additional $7
Shipping within the US will be $2 regular mail. If you would like I can ship priority mail for $7

These prices are firm.

hey i will trade you a pen style laser running at 87ma for the 4 diodes

it is probably putting out about 75-80mw and is a good burner. if you would like i could change it to input 114ma so about 100mw or more out.

Well those went pretty fast. That leaves 4 harvested diodes, and 11 harvested diodes in modules. Even though I have already arranged a trade with rubberband, I am still interested in a trade for a 100mW blu-ray thats not boxy. I really would like an IgorT laser.

I'm sorry jayrob, but I just broke one of my lavadrives and need this one. I didn't intend to dangle this in front of your face and them take it away. I am sorry. No payment nor invoice was never sent so I hope you aren't to upset with me.
