I have a 40W sealed CO2 tube (Chinese), a Universal Voltronics power supply that powers this tube very nicely (its actually for a much larger tube), 2 mirror mounts, 2 NEW silicon total reflector mirrors , and one NEW GaAs focusing lens.

The only has a few hours on it. I had a cutter and this was a replacement for the stock tube which was 30w. It didnt fit the enclosure so I had to cut a hole out the side for it to fit. I sold the cutter with the 30w tube and kept the 40w. It is in perfect working order and actually appears to put out more than 40w , at least compared to my Coherent 50w, which is a flowing gas tube, and it metered itself at 41w, and the Chinese sealed would out perform the Coherent with the same focusing lens. It has been stored in its original packaging and wood crate.

The PSU is a Universal Voltronics (USA made) BRC-40-25-HL, 40Kv @ 25mA (adjustable) Open Frame. It has analog as well as TTL modulation. It is a SuperPulse capable power supply. Meaning VERY high peak powers can be attained. From what I understand the 40w tube is capable of over 100w peak in SuperPulse mode. However, to run superpulse you will need a high frequency modulator to drive the TTL at >25kHZ. I had my LE tube set up this way, and it sounds like a dentist drill when its cutting. It is in perfect working order. It runs on 110v AC. I will include the schematic and hook up information. All that is needed is a single switch to bring the TTL high to enable output, very simple. Or you can modulate it, or use the analog control. This PSU was over $5,000.00 new.

The 2 mirrors and the focusing lens are new, as well as the 2 mirror mounts.

All that is needed is a water pump to provide cooling water to the tube, and a little hook-up. It is essentially ready-to-burn!!!

I am looking for a decent RGB (not RGV) projector like the Reke-500RGB , or something similar as long as it uses a 445-450nm blue and not 405nm violet diode, and has ILDA capabilities. I like the SD Card based system O-Like has, but its 405nm, but I would change that with a 445 if I could get one of these systems.

I really dont like dealing with online payment methods (especially paypal), hence the trade, plus I like the barter system better. I suppose if you wanted it and lived close enough we could work out a cash deal. An online payment method may be acceptable if I dont get any other hits if anyone is interested.

BTW, this is NOT a toy, the laser itself is capable of catching your neighbors fence at 150ft away on fire, and the power supply will give you a proper wallup, if not kill you.

All in all its a great starter system to get into high power gas lasers, or for building a nice cutting machine.

I am located in Indianapolis, IN

EDIT: BTW, an RGB projector is not the only thing I would consider. Thats just what I would like.

/Drool. Seriously.

If only I had something to trade or a massive wad of cash. Good luck with your transaction! One day I'll get me a CO2.

NO LONGER FOR SALE/TRADE

I was hooking it up to get a vid for tysonc1979 , as he was interested in a trade, and as soon as I got it ready to power up, B-DING!!! It broke internally!!

I guess it was thermal stress related as I just brought it in from my cool garage into the warm house.

The internal water jacket broke INSIDE.

So, its no longer available. However, the PSU and optics are.

Pics of the damage. I had to take them at a low ISO setting to even see the cracks in the camera, so they are a bit dark.

EDIT: I forgot to mention how ticked I am!!!
