UPDATED AGAIN ON 4/12
THE ONLY HAND-HELD LEFT IS THE STAR POINTER (fixed focus)

I need to get some "hobby" money back into the PayPal account

All prices stated below include domestic US shipping EXCEPT WHERE NOTED. I'll have to calculate international shipping costs

Prices also include the required batteries for the complete lasers

If you need a charger, I have a limited amount on hand. We can work out a price.

As usual the earlier PM gets the item and realistic offers (especially for multiple items) will be considered

First up LASERS:

This is already BELOW cost

1) Is a 445nm, fixed-focus, star-pointer, in a Galileo host. It uses two CR2 batteries. It is putting out 250mW. It is offered here for Now $67

LASER SHOWS

PENDING Originally it had two red and two green windows.
Now it will have green blue, violet, and red :san:
The dimensions of the beam show are 22 x 7 x 4 inch
It will be going for $200, plus shipping

casa1.jpg

The violet laser is a 12X being driven at 350mA
It is putting out over 400mW.
However, my camera apparently filters out 405nm light :(
While the violet will never be as bright as the other colors,
it IS much better in person than my camera is showing in these videos

HeNe Lasers

Well, let's see how serious some people are ;)
Here is a Spectra-Physics Model 127
It is peaking at 38mW
After it gets warmed up it settles down to 34mW
It is 42 inches long and weighs in at 23 pounds without packaging
It is offered here for $750, plus shipping

Second, I have a Spectra-Physics 907B.
This HeNe is 38 inches long.
As you can see, the plasma exposure is excellent in these
It comes with a lab-style PSU (4900VDC @ 9-13mA)
I'll let you make the final wiring connections to fit your environment
It is putting out 16mW right now, but I suspect you may get more out of it with careful tuning of the tube position
The mirrors are externally adjustable
It is offered here for $300, plus shipping

Finally, DRIVERS, DIODES, and PARTS

I have six sets of these fans.
These are the fans out of the projectors we all know and love
They are well made and move a lot of air for such compact units
They come in sets of 4 fans a set
They are $6 per set (to cover the cost of a priority box ;) )

4 = SOLD
5 = SOLD
6 = SOLD

I'll probably dig through the drawers here to see if there is anything else just sitting unused right now, so check back again ;)

Peace,
dave

If I had $350 to drop they'd ALL go to those Krytons...they're just so beautiful *one manly tear*

And awesome prices Dave, really hope to take advantage of them soon! Good luck getting your new projector =]

PM on dorcy 5 (Ehgemus heat sink)
TY

Sorry Hak. I do not see a PM.

I have the Dorcy's with the Dark Horse heat sink still.
They are full length as well.
The differences are that the Dark Horse ones are powder coated black on the front (can be buffed off) and they are more "press fit"
Or you could drill and tap for a set screw

Peace,
dave

Anybody know much it would cost to get one of these bare hosts anodized? Or, to get a focus adapter, clear anodized, for that clear Kryton? I'm REALLY loving the color, but kinda bummed about not having the focus adapter, unless a generic focusing device will work, then I'm straight up sold no doubt.

Check out metal finishers and/or fabricators near you.
Wages and overhead are different in different areas.

These high powered 635/638nm diodes produce a "line" much like the high powered 445nm diodes do. Here is a link to a post in the thread where we talked about them.

http://laserpointerforums.com/f50/here-300mw-635nm-mitsubishi-66942-4.html#post964288

The whole thread is informative, but that post has pictures of the "dot"

They are visually MUCH brighter than the 650/670nm reds. The brighter wavelength and the width of the beam make them appear very bright

Peace,
dave
