already sent a PM about the 405 diode and a few 660s about 4 hours ago, just waiting on shipping cost to the states

EDIT: like awillis said, if you have any focus rings for the lens i would be interested in some of those as well as a few lens

Those reds should be able to hit 300mW IIRC. Been awhile since I used LPC-815's though.
