Hey, I got one and I live in nyc. I got one which is a little over 200mW with regular CR2 batteries, and one which is a little over 120mW with regular batteries (but, it may be more powerful - I can check it on my cheap LPM which should give a rough idea, and I can also test it's burning power). However, I also have the 3.6V special CR2 batteries which would make it even more powerful.
I wasn't looking to sell them, but if you want one and want it fast, I got them. Also, obviously the lower power one would be cheaper, but would still be capable of burning, so it might be a good deal.

I dislike bestofferbuy I bought a dilda from them, and they shipped me something else (took over 2 months to get here too, they shipped it to the wrong address first). I shipped it back to the exact address they told me, and they said they never got it. They didn't refund me anything, I was out about $47.

I tend to make a huge fuss over stuff like that and they usually work with me to solve the problem. I didn't get the first one they sent me but I contacted them and they agreed to send me another one if I paid for the shipping and I got it.

seriously?^^ cause I made a huge fuss over it too, and they ended up refunding the $6 cost of me shipping it to them. Really, I lost money on that too with the paypal fees and all. that's why i'll never order from them again... but, I know sometimes that stuff just happens rarely, and other times they're fine. I ordered when they first started out, so maybe back then they didn't have good customer service.
