Looking to buy a red laser pointer!

Hi everyone! I just joined today. I hope this is the right place to post this!

I'm requesting for someone to build or sell me a 200mw or so red burning laser pointer.
I saw that prices on a site called Nitroxlasers seemed fair; $65ish dollars for a 145mw red laser (Wicked laser equivilent was like 200 dollars!), but I noticed a thread on this site that says I could get a better deal  :-?. Any suggestions?

Again I'm looking for a <200mw red laser pointer for under $100 or a 145mw red laser pointer for under $70.

Either is good though I would prefer a metal or a high impact plastic flashlight for better durability.

Unfortunatly I do live in the US with all its dumb laws... :'(

Any other places a US citizen can purchase these things for cheap? Or could someone build one for me?

Sweet but before you go to the trouble, what would be the estimated cost? I don't want you to build only to find out I can't afford it!
