Looking to buy 532nm >30mW for less than 20$

I know the budget is low for 30mW or more of 532nm but I'm looking for a better deal than this one. Any size, shape, (un)focusable and battery type will do, as long as the power output it at least 30mW.

I just thought I'd mention that I would not recommend you to ever purchase a keychain green laser. I've had terrible luck with several different ones (they just simply do not work, or work for literally 5 seconds before the battery dies).

Are you mentioning that because I pretend to buy Lazerer's 30mW keychain? I saw a few Lazerer reviews including one of this exact keychain and they all say Lazerer sells on-spec to overspec lasers. Here's the keychain's review I found.
