So - kinda as a feeler here, folks..... :'( :'( :'(

How many more should I keep in stock and ready to go out ?  I REALLY do NOT enjoy dealing with the jackass I have to deal with, so I think there will be one more massive order, and that is it for me.  After that time, he plans on jacking the prices up to $25-$30 EACH for these things - at which point I would love to have enough in stock to tell him to sit on those laser diodes, until they sprout laser pointers out of his ears...uhm, yeah, you kinda get the picture, right ?  I have one more opportunity at the curent pricing to order on Tuesday - so REALISTICALLY....how many do you think ?

Give me your ideas, folks....

I'm possibly looking to sell finished lasers using these so I will almost certainly buy a couple (2-5) from you every couple months. No promises cos my life can get busy, but I will buy more!

Well..at the rate they are going, I doubt you would have a problem selling them, so I think YOU should decide based on how much longer you want to be dealing these out! By the way, what are people doing with these diodes! I've seen maybe 5 posts of peoples homemade reds, but you must have sold 100's of these!

I will definatly buy more, not a ton but I will find use for more experiments. When he goes too high tell him you quit cause of his prices. I'm guessing somewhere in the 2-5 range at $17.50.

dude it depends on how much you have spare to spend on these things!i know i will be buying more in the future(or as soon as i screw mine up).

i can't wait to get some more money, i will be buying 2 deffenatly now and deffenatly more in the future this is such a great offer it would stink to see it go away. :'(

ya it's the cheapest diodes i have ever seen!!! but the stupid seller keeps pumping up the prices, so get in before they.....ummm....get expensive :-/ :-/

They are selling for $85.00 a pair on ebay. Now this is still much less than what it would cost to order from Roithner, for example. So it makes your deal a steal. I am sure you will sell all of them no matter how many you order.. ;D It all depends on if you want to hassle with it.

Question -- With 20x DVD's as current technology --- Won't 18x diodes start shouing up ?? Maybe he should consider that.

Hmmm I'd possibly like to buy more, but it all depends whether I screw mine up from the first gb. I'm guessing i'd be too late to make a purchase after my current awaited diodes arrive?

good point mike! the 18x diodes should not be over $20 even! i can get a whole dual layer dvd burner for $30, and i get motors, mirrors, a diode and components!! i don't know how he could charge that much for just a diode!

plus like u said on earlier posts he is selling 2 of them for 50 dollers. If i do fry a diode and need a new one i will buy it from you and not him on ebay but other than that its getting to be still a deal cause you dont have to look but not so great of one.

SenKat, I would play it safe man. I know for a fact that a nice order from me will be going in on these things eventually, but as of right now I think I have enough stock. Although, count me in for a few of these. :)

I think you can safely assume that you'll sell at least 200-300 more than are currently ordered over the next months or so. Considering that, i'd say round up to the next 100, and get 2 boxes of 100 extra.

You'll probably sell all of those fairly quickly, but on the other hand you wouldn't want to risk getting stuck with boxfulls of these. Anyways, if you can't sell them here on LPF, you can always sell them in lots of 5 or 10 on ebay at these prices, so the risk of making a real loss is limited.

That is very true :D These are such good prices for such a good product that the risk of these not selling is practically slim to none, but still existent nonetheless!
