Recieved my laserbee today. Getting some surprising results! Half of my lasers have less power then I thought, and the other half have more then I thought! Very nice looking PCB too. I'll be posting a detailed review in the review section in a few days. +1 to spider and laserbee for excellence.

Is this thing still going on? I'm surprised they haven't sold out already, especially from all the people who wanted a meter.

I've already added 30mW to my PHR-803T laser since I found I was underpowering it, and also tested some of these 635nm diodes to see how far I could push them. It did bring me disappointment to see that the output of my PGL-III was not as high as I had hoped. Oh well, not the meter's fault.

Yeah... it's beyond me... As soon as this Sale is over.... We're going to get requests for the same deal...
and it won't be there...
Then everyone will moan... Woulda.... Coulda.... Shoulda.... just like every other good deal on LPF that
ends... (ie. Kenometer... DIY LPM)

Because of the increased US dollar and other unforeseen increases... the parts for the LaserBee I now
cost us about 20% more and will be reflected in the new LaserBee I prices...
Specialized parts are hard to find and when you do find them... they are increasingly expensive...
I've never seen prices go down permanently.. Show me an 8 cylinder muscle car for 4 grand... those
days are long gone..

Yeah.... I think the members on LPF that took advantage of this sale are the wise ones and are far ahead...

and the others.... Shoulda... when they Coulda... ;)

Just my $0.02.... ::)
