You didn't say that earlier. You said you had gone right into a paypal dispute. Ben has even agreed to rectify the problem in this thread.

Personally I think you are just being an impatient spoilt brat about the honest mistake made.

*amen bro*

I think he immediatly tought he was scammes and started a dispute and claim before taking a deep breath first and sending an email to the seller to ask how he only received a battery..

This thread belongs on the Reviews board or the Companies board or something, stop posting this everywhere.

I almost feel like starting a "Sportcoupe is a whiny impatient brat! Don't sell to him!" thread.

Any time I've had a problem buying something online I've sent the seller an email, waited 48hrs for a response, allowed them a chance to make things right, either by sending me the correct item or refunding my money... A paypal dispute is always the very last resort, weeks later, when I have definitive proof they're trying to scam me. Freaking out, filing claims, and spamming forums is really immature, and is not how grown ups handle business transactions.

Ben has my $55 and I have a AA battery. I don't want to do business with him anymore, I don't trust him. I have asked him several times for a refund and we'll end this but he has refused. I have no choice but to file a paypal dispute.

You NEVER asked for a refund before this! I will not refund your module, but I will send you a replacement. I ask that you return the battery to me though. It costs $1.90 to ship it back to me...

For the record, the http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSIn...nquiry.do?origTrackNum=9101128882300721739592 package was delivered at 11:53 local time, which is 8:53 relative to the times before that I posted. You did not send me anything before you filed a dispute. I would have gladly worked it out.

Ben, I don't believe your story for a minute. Even if it is true you would be ripping off this "other customer" because the battery you sent me is a very old Phillips zinc carbon that is totally flat. It measured 0.07 volts.

What do you mean there is nothing you can do in paypal? You could settle this by issuing me a $55 refund, that what you can do. Paypal will let you do that, I assure you.

Dude you need to chill out. Mistakes happen. I've never had a bad deal with Ben. Nor has anyone else that I'm aware of. He'll get you your module and everyone will be happy.

Hi John,

I think I know what is happening. I fixed a pointer for a friend and it had rechargeable batteries with it when I got it. When i sent it back to him, I forgot to send one of the batteries. Thus I stuck it in a envelope and it got mixed up with your pointer module which he received. He was confused. I will send you another module no problem, that's my mistake. I hope you can understand! All of my small items I ship in the same small mailers and I just got the two packages mixed up.

I am really sorry! I will ship you a new one today and send you a tracking number.

I wish you had given me more time to explain this before you made a claim. It was like a 20 minute period between when I got the dispute email and the claim email and now there is noting that I can do in paypal.

Regards,
Ben Steigerwald

I write down the order number and name on each package that I get ready to ship.. might help you out.

thanks,
Kendall

:yabbmad: O Yea I had a bad deal with Ben He was supposed to sell me an ORANGE laser and he sent me a RED one insted he states it's orange in his eyes but I have had several red HeNe's in my life time and it looks just like the rest RED. I spec asked him befor the sale if it was a orange/orange red and his answer was ORANGE. now I'm looking at a very expensive RED HeNe. it has taken him over a week to answer any of my posts and there have been several, I still have not filed a paypal dispute, giving him a chance but he sure drag's his feet as far as I'm concerned.

is this in the right forum for this ?

Best Regards to all Pyro... :eg:

YOu mean the one where I DID contact you and you've admitted to having my driver here publicly but arent going to send it because I was rude to you after you banned me for asking where it was? The one where you never answered me back then I filed a Paypal dispute because I figured it got lost or you never sent it, then you cried and banned me so I filed a claim that is pending? That dispute? I've got all the emails, fraudster. I turned you in to Paypal the claim's still pending because you never sent the item and you sent four items that day in your multi-order shipment, the other three made it, surprise. Regardless, you didn't buy from me, you stole my money and admitted to it, I've turned you in to the BBB. Not so new, you may have a few friends her but see how far that gets you. You're a piece of shit Andrew.

9101 1288 8230 0712 7084 77 is the number, from the fourteenth. Odd how I've bought from StoneTek and Hightechdealz this week and had no problems and got it super fast, those two guys are just class acts. Got here in a day each time one left. You got huffed up banned me for asking where it was cause it takes what, first it was five then it was twelve days sometimes to get here. I find it odd how each of the others got here in under 24 hours after leaving the sort station from Texas and you're in Alabama. I dont think you had the driver to begin with and just tried to take my money. It's worth twenty some dollars for all the trouble though, obviously.
