I just put up two threads at my social groups- ROG and LSLF- So until something gets sold i have also dropped my prices-too- I am looking for red- BUT am maybe too picky about beam specs- I want something more like the 640 and want a Watt of it (cubed dual) its for a projector that already has a 1100mW 532 so she needs red!! ...hak

Thank you! I am debating if I should just increase the current to get higher output.... Then someone might want it. Or I might just keep it if it outputs around 1w.

Dam that is some green lol Wouldn't you want around 2W of red? For a projector you wouldn't use the Mitsubishi diode would you? It would need some serious optics to correct it.

I am guessing that even with a big GB order the cost of HP 640 diodes will still be very high-- at Greedbay all 640 labbies are high priced like 1300$ for 1W -- Meirlight- betting Kvant want 2$K for theirs--

2W of RED would match 1W of 532 green IF it were 650-or 660nm-- BUt it only takes 1W of 635 to 640 to match 1w of green-- proven by the videos I attached--Its not just the mW as the size of the beam is just as important - which explains why no one is putting the 500mW Mitsubs in PJs -- likewise C-Mounts are too big and boxey-- its best if all (RG &B) have matching beam size and divergence-AND equal 'brightness' powers- especially at great distances---I was surprized to learn that just 10nm shift in red from 640 to 650 along with the beam specs makes for ~HALF the brightness-- none of this was taken into consideration when 'LLoud' started his PJ GB all he looked was mW vs $$ a typical NOOB MISTAKE-(that I too made long ago) -- the LKs all have 635 red - the CASA'a IIRC have 650nm red--- I opted to say nothing or very little about this GB as most would assume I have ONLY my personal agenda ... so = it is what it is- I lost some GB buyers and if they end up unhappy with what PJs they got from LL's GB-- they may NOT EVER want any more and certainly cannot get back what they spent--

BTW 50mW of 532=1W of 445--(by eye) so I am looking to put at least 3-4 W of blue in my DIY full color PJ-- IT may ed up with 5W combined after losses--
