Re: Selling Iron man laser glove

I still have the glove for sale i have a buyer come April but whoever pays first gets it. Price again is $450. I also have a 1.2W laser with a custom focus ring i had made to make the top flush. $150 for the laser, charger, and 4 batteries. I will make another thread for that one.

Re: Selling Iron man laser glove

I cut the shipping cost in half. It would definitely be more then $10 but the $10 will at least cover the insurance for it. I also changed my shipping time to 24-48hrs after purchase.

This laser is the last one i have for sale. If your a collector this is definitely a laser to have. $400 for the laser with 4 batteries and the charger is a steal plus free priority shipping.

I know this is not what you want to hear... I wish I had the money laying around to take this one off of your hands too;) This is a very nice piece, just too pricey vs the standard build.

Good luck with the sale.

at least you got the 1.5W one. It is a bit pricey but its totally different then the hand held ones and fiber optics were used in this build. Very High quality, nice tight beam, and led's to accent the laser. If it doesn't sell i won't be disappointed as it's really a collectors piece and a one of a kind laser that you will never see other people have. I paid around $500 just for the laser so i'm asking $100 cheaper than what i paid plus I'm including shipping, batteries, and the charger.

I was off on my tax estimates in the wrong direction unfortunately, so there went my discretionary spending for a few months... I do agree this is a very cool item. Definitely a good conversation piece for an outside bbq in the summer.

It is oh so very tempting... To be honest I probably won't be disappointed if you don't sell for a good long while so I can make an offer in a few months:) but good luck with the sale.

The beam is corrected with fiber? Do you have images of the corrected dot? I'm now quite interested.

The pictures i have are the ones that are posted. This is the tightest beam out of all the lasers i have had and they were focusable this laser is not. The dot is pretty small, that's why it also burns well.

In a few months this won't be for sale. I have to pay a lawyer by July so after that i won't owe any money and my problems are over. Plus I'm working on going to school using my GI bill they pay for rent, $2200 where i live. That will go straight in the bank!! Then alfamanzero and I have a project we will be working on (he builds, I fund).

Well, I guess my question is - how's the beam profile with the aid of the fiber?

not 100% sure what you mean. I can say it looks cleaner i guess when the guy that made it for me told me he used fiber cable i was like oh that's why the beam looks so good.

I'd really like an image of the profile of the output. This entails taking a picture of the dot from a few tens of feet away and using a quick shutterspeed so we can get a detailed picture of how it looks.

Can you do this?

If it's that much of an issue I'd suggest using a middle man for evaluation. Only risk is for buyer is two way shipping.. $10-15.
