A few seconds on the lathe and the heatsink was fixed. It needed a hair's worth of trimming. I didn't need to drill out for the module, instead I used a vise to press fit the module (i will push it out when the diode dies :eg

glad you liked it.
i just didnt want to sell them like that but theyre ok for regular use.when it comes to what i sell in the shop i have very high standards
this is also why i recommend dark_horse when im asked about machining. since he stays busy lately ive opted to go with misterwilling and he is also an excellent machinist.
