I am driving from Houston to West Palm Beach via Tampa and Orlando (plus any cities in route) during the second week of April and returning end of the month.
Any SERIOUS members interested in getting a chance to check out and possibly get a 488nm Argon laser complete or One of several HeNe Red lasers with matching PSs may PM me for details and a possible meet.
Call it my free delivery -plug-play -pass-or pay sale. Need cash but will consider trades. My lpm is in the shop atm--did not get a chance to meter all of these--I THINK the argon is about 17+ mWs but you may be able to change the jumpers to increase that. It has a knob on the PS that goes from idle to 'damn bright'. But you may get more IDK.
I prolly paid too much for these on eekBay long ago and need to sell --but will gladly tote them back to Texas with me if not offered a reasonable amount so if you can find them cheaper elsewhere -go for it.
Not having to ship/pack and insure the Large and Heavy argon should save both of us some cash.. Ya'll just let me know---HZ1 sez -- first come/buy -first served.
