WOW 1.38 Watts of 520nm at this price is a killer deal and if I didn't already have a 520nm I'd buy it.

Mitch is a great builder and he knows what he's doing so don't hesitate to jump on this one as I'm sure it is very well built.

He has "potted" the driver and that means it's heat sunk and would run cooler than a driver just sitting out in open space.

I think the price is actually less than the cost of the diode alone how can he do this and make any money :thinking:

And a nice SH-032 stainless steel host this is a great deal for any one looking for a high power 520nm laser :D

Not quite... the diodes are down below $500 now I believe.

But at $575 shipped, there's nothing not to like about that price!

How do you know he potted the driver, I don't see that anywhere. Doesn't that make it more difficult to repair.... ie, you mean he potted it within the build head, right?
