FS: M140 Diodes + Assorted Lasers

Hello all! I have more diodes coming and I have enough to get rid of a couple. I will be having to ask a couple dollars over standard to cover my costs, I will say that I am testing each diode at 1.8A before shipping. I am gonna test A140 at 1.5A so I won't overdrive. Stock numbers are listed left of the item, I will update as I go. These M Type diodes are used pulls from a M240 projector and the A Types are supplied from another seller on LPF that I just have on hand.

Updated diode stock, sold the 2 spare C6 M140s and built 1 more with blue heatsink at 1.8a and GITD tail clicky. Pics will be added tomorrow.

Oh, BTW. XWOSSEE informed me my drivers for testing should arrive any day. If my results are good and we truly have a 94% efficient .5A-8a driver with external adjustability I will order them and have in stock for us!

Just got my M140 diode and the lens you sent. Thank you. I don't think this lens is a G9 as the last one I personally pulled out of the 9mm diode assembly it came with was not nearly as deep, or thick, as this one.

I didn't think they were, but I am curious if they're usable. Hope you enjoy the M-Type even after I messed up and sent an A-Type first time around even after I checked them all twice. :banghead:

Anyone interested in a lab style host with M140 in it? It's a techhood kit and ive not got the driver for it yet or glass lens (they're in shipping) but I've ran it with a lm317 and acrylic to verify it working. My lm317 gets so hot because it really need 12v to only make 1.5A and I normally just use it for testing A140 diodes before shipment.

This host never gets hot at this current, the fan is small but spins decent and is pretty quiet. I will include the techhood adjustable driver and glass lens with it as well. Make an offer if interested. I expect output of around 1.8-2w with a long duty cycle (practically unlimited depending what current you decide to push it to... I will set it for you first time around where ever you like.)

The host has a module I believe it's copper but could be brass, one part unscrews and you place your diode in it, then screw it back in the main module. Wires run through it like a standard module. It should work fine, and it gives the option to swap diodes later with ease. I haven't applied thermal paste yet as I want to get optics in it first.

Bump adding 3 diodes available. 2w M140 C6 still available. Buy it for 130$ with G2 or for 115$ with 3 element. I may negotiate or trade a little.

Bump 9 more diodes are going to be in-stock. I will hold them for a bit or build on them for you guys. I did it just to be able to sell some to people who need!

Just thought I'd bump this for 94Z28, and share my experience at the same time. Since buying from people has been a crap shoot lately.
I got a M140 in a module w/leads attached from him, and finally got a chance to build with it. Everything works great! And 94 was very communicative through the entire buying/shipping process! Will be doing business with him again. :beer:
