Yep, the modules are made by SureElectronics same Aixiz style.

I saw your post about your Dorcy @500mA, don't know if the diode will stay alive a big time, but mine at 460 ma after 2 month is still working.
i will try to reach the 500mA like you, at faculty i got with their termopile 290mW with 460mA, i hope 500mA will yield about 320mW

ps:i fried one at 400 mA in humidity condition (diode placed in an aixiz module during 15 day in bathroom with no use, and when power on, just fried). So i suspect a little the environmment.. just an idea : keep your diode away from humidity.
