cool time to buy a few and see if I can squeeze out a few extra mA by stacking resistors on top. I wonder which 8 pin chip this one uses...i cant really see in the photos since the inductor is blocking it. from what I can see in the pics theres a 8 pin IC and a transitor... it should have a sense resistor to limit current...

anyways im going to stop derailing the sales thread...different thread different forum...

I get another shipment of these drivers in tomorrow. I'll try and figure out what IC it uses.

I don't want to quote duty cycles because I know that's gotten a couple of sellers in trouble here. So here are my "estimates" Low: continuous. Medium: you should be fine with continuous. High: When the laser starts getting warm... ;)

Awesome laser way smaller than I thought! Really bright. Beam is solid at night:D One question sometimes the laser blinks 3 times why is that? (not a problem or anything just wondering). Also clip was loose and the screws wouldnt tighten well, but I just used some epoxy and now its all good:)
