In stock and ready for shipment are two different sizes of dichro filters one is 31.5 x 21.75mm and the second one is 27 x 18mm
The large one seems to pass blue and red and reflect green and the smaller one passes blue and reflects red and green.
They are $10.00 each or both for $18.00

Sometimes they get a broken edge and are not full size, they are how ever still plenty big enough to cut in 1/2 and still have two good usable dichros.

other parts available please PM me for details or check out this link> http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/flaminpyros-stuf-67118.html#post966672

"mark" them with a glass cutter along a ruler, then snap in half while protecting hands and glass
with something tough yet soft, like leather for example..

Hmmm, So I could setup a red and a green to be reflected to make yellow and a violet to pass to make white?

Nope, sorry, it is not possible. Angle of incidence = angle of reflection (with respect to the normal - the imaginary line perpendicular to the plane of the dichro). It is not possible, since in your hypothetical setup, the red beam would be literally going into the green laser itself, and vice versa. You pretty much need two dichros to "completely" combine beams.

Edit:

It is probably worth mentioning that you cannot even combine two colors using a single dichro if one of the beams is perpendicular to the dichro (as in your picture). Because angle of incidence of the second beam will always be greater than 0, which means it can never result in an angle of reflection of 0 (which it would need to combine with the 405nm laser in your drawing).

with both dichros you could but not like that the dichro is at 45 degree angle one laser reflects of of it 90 degrees and the other beam passes straight through it
