Just had some free time, the camera is really old so please don't flame me about it.  The heat sink was not made for this light, but it fits perfectly in it.  Gets warm after about 10-15 min of continuous use. It basically like a portable lab style, very easy to take apart.  The switch doesn't work that great but its functional.


First project, I'm bored of it so anyone who's interested post or pm.  I think ~85 is good, considering the large heat sink.

Hmm, I was wondering about the purpose of the fins if the heatsink was going to be inside the flashlight, but then I read that it wasn't made specifically for it.
