Just an FYI for those who got the 1.65 or 1.8A kits, you will NEED AW IMR cells to get that current out of your driver. You will be hard pushed to maintain anything over 1200mW with the juice batteries. I have tested this multiple time with different juice batteries. Also the driver in the 1.8A set up gets hot as a mother. This could be because it is trying so hard to push out the current with these cells. If you use the AW IMR cells you should have no problem getting your higher outputs. It is not just a matter of capacity but also the amount of current that each cell gave push out all at once. You can get some nice AW IMW cells from a seller on CPF for $6 each

how about these utrafire- 2 X 16340 123A 1200mAh Rechargeable Battery protected off of e-bay for the 1.62A set up...if not can you give me more info on the CPF link..

but got 1 question left.....i wan to order a 445nm laser diode at DTR....but what current do i need to get 1 watt....

The green module will work. You just end up removing the internal pill to allow the green module to fit, and power it with a single CR123.
as for the beam expanders, i really don't know.

I've got parts for 13 kits that can ship before I leave for vacation. after that, They will have to wait until I get back.

I have added the available stock to the website. If you're able to purchase it, it's available.

All orders placed before Feb 12th will be shipped out before I leave.
Everything place after Saturday will be shipped when I return on Fed 25th.
