It does have a focus ring, i assume its a aixiz coated for 405nm or something similar. At 1W, it will pretty much burn anything, white objects will take longer to burn though. It will light wood on fire, melt plastic, etc.
Just a guess on the shipping- about $10 since Brazil is farther away from Greece than England
