I got two of these babies they aren't beautiful but they are powerful.

Laser diode is fiber coupled and has a built in TEC as well as a photodiode (though who really wants a photodiode to limit the power)

Its written on the diode 650ma so I've not taken it above that rating, but at 650ma I got 450mw out of this sucker. You'll need to come up with your own optics to go onto this.

Ok I resind this sale. One has been traded and the other I took apart to get to the c-mount diode inside it. Very nice setup..

I donno honestly. I was going to sell them for $40 or thereabouts. but seeing the mounting and the c-mount diode, I'd say a little bit more.

OUCH! I gave $48 each!
Now I gotta do something with them.

Will they work with the crystals for the greenies?
If so, where can I find some rated 500 - 600 mW?
