While the DominatoR has died (again), I seem to have ironed out the flickering problem with the 638nm. turns out the problem was with the tail cap all along, solved now. updating OP, both 520 and 638 are working and still FS, new price. the new prices are pretty much as low as I am willing to go. I am including batteries, quality ones, with both units. the prices are right around what all the parts would cost. a bit lower probably. I also made slightly better burning vids, and made one to show the behavior of the GITD adapters

I'm actually thinking about keeping them now, they are sweet units

update. I am selling the 638nm for a price lower than some offers I think i got, so check out OP if you are in the market for a high powered, terrible divergence, simple host.

for those that remember this unit flickering, it was a tailcap connectivity problem. i took apart the tail cap, tightened the parts, and the flickering is 100% eliminated, only full power output now.

need the money for the JL GB, plus, I plan to get another, different 638 soon...
