There doesn't seem to be too much interest here. Imma close this and figure out something else to do with them.

I put together three TWO 445nm modules. They have the diode from the XJ-A130. They have the Groove2 driver. They are putting out 400mW with the 405-G-1 lens. They will ship with the stock acrylic lens to protect the diode. You will NEED to get either a 405-G-1 lens or an AixiZ 405 glass lens.

These are made to be installed in your finished project. The Groove2 is a linear driver. You will need to power these with 7.2V-12V. You will also have to provide significant heat sinking for them.

They are $120, shipped in the US

SOLD This laser has the 445nm diode from an XJ-A140. It has a V5 flexdrive. The driver is set to 500mA. It is putting out 500mW with the 405-G-1 lens It will ship with the acrylic lens to protect the diode, but you will need a 405-G-1 or an AixiZ glass lens for it.

The MXDL uses three primary (standard) AAA batteries. The MXDL has the massive Jayrob heat sink in it.

For this last MXDL/Jayrob host I will stay with the old school price. It will ship in the US for $190.

While I have the thread open, I also have four three 250mW red burning modules available for $35 each

Peace,

Great deals you have there Dave!

In case anybody wants a 3405 host/heatsink combo for those modules, I have a few on hand.

They will work good for those Groove2/445 modules using 3 X 10440 batteries...

Re: FS:445nm Modules & a Laser

Considering all the heat Casio is taking, a huge publicity storm going on, and the US government involvement in the selling of completed 445nm lasers, I wouldn't bring focus to this forum, or to myself till the heat died down some. Its kind of like flying a huge blue flag saying "Here I am!". But thats just me.

Holy crap, is that retro laser really 5 Watts? It says "5W"...

Also, these red burning lasers. Did you build them? Any chance you could post pictures?
