~270mw@440ma(650-660nm red) with aixiz glass(more like 300mw if you replaced the aixiz module with a merideth), custom heatsink by jayrob and lm317 (ddl) style driver. when focused it smokes dark wood immediately, lights cigs(with a little patience tho a lighter is still faster), burns black cloth at 5+ ft, and lights matches at 10ft(probably more but i ran out of matches
