The parts weren't just given to you for free wes. They were given [highlight]under the condition[/highlight] that they would be used as a gift for the girl.

What the hell is wrong with you? When I saw your thread stating that you wanted to spend money on a friend for a gift I couldn't imagine why nobody liked you, now I see why. I was worried about this from the time Dave offered up the diode as in you would keep the laser for yourself, I didn't think you would sink so low as to selling it. You don't deserve to hang around this forum anymore. I'm sorry that I even offered up the idea to build her a laser. Here is the highlights of your other thread:

Take a good look at all of those things, how does that make you look? Do you think anyone will ever help you out again after they see this thread? if you needed to pay your rent or a bill and someone was like ok i understand your situation and i wanna help you out.

and instead of paying your bills you go buy some drugs or anything but what the money was meant for that would be a complete slap in the face to the person that was helping you out. you then lose a lot of respect from that person and anyone associated with him

and in this case that is most of the members on this forum.
