What? I'm not sure if that's correct. I thought packages don't go through customs if for example I ship from Germany to France. I am pretty sure they don't open them?

You don't have to pay taxes and stuff like that, but they have to check some packages. Otherwise people could just smuggle weapons, drugs, poisons, etc risk-free through the mail system, and that would be outrageous. Usually they do x-rays or something similar and opens the packages if the image look suspicious.

The risk may be small, but it's definitely wrong to say that there's absolutely no risk.

Yeah there are always likelyhoods and rest risk ;)

Guess it´s save for Silver to offer a full refund when the customer wants expedited shipping and the package gets caught by costoms. But that´s his business ;)

Thanks for your input guys. If anything, i could just hide the warning label somewhere or ask the buyer if they dont want it at all.since i dont ship any batteries with the laser, i dont think there will be a problem at all. Thus i said no chance for them to be confiscated since they would not know if its a laser or not.

Es geht schon. Im Oktober fange ich mit dem Studium an einer deutschen Uni an :)

Thank you so much.I were going to buy a red laser,but now I'll buy the green one. Can you tell me the difference between green lasers and red lasers ?

There is no difference. As you know green and red is the same color.

You´ll find more than enough info searching on the forums.
