5 @ rechargeable 3.0V CR2

2 @ 17650 (one protected, one non protected and stripped of covering)

5 @ 18650 (non protected)

I didn't consider international


I'll have to find out if the USPS still offers international first class for small packages. If so it will only be ~$5. If not, then a small flat rate box is $14

**EDIT** No problems. International shipping for packages is a bear. Many simply won't do it.
