I think we've seen the last of dino.... looks like the did take down all lasers over 5mW.

Oh well.

As long as I get my firedragon in good shape I'll be happy. If not, there is always dispute:)

The projectors are still up... I guess they aren't selling high powered pointers anymore....
The shipping is actually cheaper if you choose DHL option, it's still the same price (~$62)... the $72 was for UPS... But you can get a better price on a single buy with a coupon.

All >5mw lasers have vanished... I wonder what they will do with their leftover stock?

And I guess that we can't get Firedragons anymore? Or are there other retailers?

Has anyone got any word from Dino on this yet? Not even a "Sorry we can't lower the price?" They said they were going to look into a better price, but I haven't seen any reply since.

I'm wondering what they will do with their leftover stock of lasers... They had at least 100+ in stock when they all vanished, I doubt that they just threw them out.

I don't think they have any stock of anything. As many other sites in Hong Kong, the orders from their site system goes to the suppliers and they deliver the requested items to a logistics facility. The stock is kept by the suppliers.

Even if they did have any "On-Hand" stock, the usual process is to just send it back to the supplier and pay the "restocking" fees (5% - 50%) out of the refunds. A regular occurrence in business.

And don't expect any sort of reply or counter offer from DD here.
They don't give a rat's @$$ about the membership or the potential for sales that we represent. They just don't get it ! It must be a cultural thing.

Actual price of REKE500 is 228USD, I bought like 5 this units from them, it´s a very good laser for this price, even my customers was surprised. Shipping (with express) is around 100USD to my country. And now the power is 50mw green, 300mw+300mw of blue and red, so now it´s even more powerful with the same price.
By the way you can still buy Firedragon lasers, just look here for example:

I purchased one and didn't get any discount at all other than a coupon....$268 delivered...and I mentioned LPF in the notes section when I ordered.

Too bad the software cost twice this amount:yabbem:

UPDATE FYI
Rather than treat customers with respect DD which is also Lasersman AND Yourlaser (and who knows how many more webstores-they can build one in a single day!!)thy lie.
they do not give a ratsass about QC or customers.

thier discriptions are full of errors etc-- they do not respond much to emails after they have your $$.


Tracking an order is a joke- pay extra for track #- they dont send one- pay for DHL they send via EMS(way cheaper-less safe and longer wait) IF DD were in USA they would be shut down quick.

BUYERS BEWARE--update-Yourlaser 'found 'my lost order and shipped to me in 11 days all ended well

DD isn't Yourlaser, just Lasersman.

mmm I did my Homework all three have the sme fax number and in several places they forgot to change the Lasersman to Yourlases-in the webstore places... all have same IP addy afaik.
