hi guys...

i just bought a 250 mw endavour laser from novalasers and recived it 2 days ago.... i wanted to take it back to europe.... hers what i foud out.... i called customs in frankfurt (germany) where my flight goes in 5 weeks... they told me the max. outputpower that a laser is allowed is 5 mw or less otherwise it counts as a weapon and they would take it away and i would get a fine.
Alright wanted to send it back to novalasers but they dont accept returns since i bought it on theyr inventory sale.... so im selling it here now

Here the exact stats of the laser copied from the novalaser sheet i got with with it.

Endavour 250
Class IIIb, 532nm, Compact Portalbe Green Laser

Peak Output Power 281.6 mW
Average Output Power 295.3 mW
Serial Number 9011144
Purchase Date August 27th


Warranty comes with it.
Comes in the metallic box as i got it (inkluding securety keys for the switch) and all the documents. If requested i can send you pictures of the laser or a copy of the order confirmation.

You can send me offers or give me a call whoever is interested in it.
For securety reasons i only accept paypal with veryfied adress.

ROBERT(Oceans) You are trying to sell a 250mW laser here on the LPF and YOU are a BRAND NEW member, with 1 Posting and NO REP !! PLUS!, you are returning to Germany in a short time. Ha Ha !! Just a suggestion,YOU might need some HELP ! My thought is that you need to find a LPF well trusted veteran to act as a MIDDLEMAN(MM) to help you with the sale. Otherwise, you may come up with a loss. I'm not saying that you are not a honest person, but too many bad things have happened here lately. Check it out. Just look into the MM situation and consider it. Good Luck, MIKE

i live half in austria (witch have the same rule)..... im flying threw germany.... yes i considerd sending it with post but it will go threw customs ... so same thing. yes i registerd since i think this is the only way selling it? ebay wont let me list it i think? i havent seen any lasers above 5 mw there. but of corse i would apreceate any help i get selling it. i thought doing it over paypal makes it safe?
anyway ill post some pictures tonight with my username.

ROBERT: WHERE are you ? I'm assuming that you are in the USA at this moment . If you are in the USA , post where you are . The reasons for posting your location, is that maybe some one who wants to buy your laser is close to you and can meet up with you in person to make the sale. The other factor is that you might also be close to a trusted LPF member who could act as the Middleman(MM) in the laser sale. You then could possibly meet with the MM or do whatever it takes to have the MM help in your laser sale.This is just a couple of ways to help your sale and also just a thought. MIKE
P.S.
Post whatever location you are and let the people contact you for a person to person meeting if possible.

Good luck with your Sale, I'm sure you'll find a buyer. I did want want to point out one thing though, there would be no warranty to the person who buys this from you, as the warranty is for the original person of record.

He said he lived in Austria, and is just flying through Germany. He had said that he didn't want to send it to himself because of Customs though...

Why not send it via mail? Customs can't go through everything, and you could just declare it as something else on the box if you're required to say what it is.
