Sounds so amazing. Looking forward to your pics. And a "hat tip" to BadBoy for such a terrific build. Enjoy!

Edit, I just noticed in you avatar you've got one of your 510 modules to levitate. Pretty cool the way you did that. :gj:
Thanks Bob, yes Billy is amazing, very talented to create something like this and great to deal with, a true gentleman !
hehehe, yes the avatar, I had fun one night with double exposures and Photoshop.
When I first posted the pic I said I filled the thing with Helium !

Congratulations, Andrew. I am very happy for you. Bet you can't wait for the day to be over so you can play with your latest toy.:D Enjoy, buddy. You deserve it. :yh:
Thank you Sir !
Yep I was very excited but by the time I finished work my body was aching and had to go to bed early.
Anyway the batteries needed a good charge overnight so I can test it on full power.
So over the weekend I'll have a play and take some pics for you.

Interesting, double exposure, who'd of thought it? :gj:

Did you use a DSLR camera?

Yep, just a Canon DSLR.
Took one shot with the two lasers on the side.
Then another with the middle one sitting on a clear glass, without moving the camera.
Then blended them in Photoshop but I erased the glass from under the middle one, revealing the photo underneath with just the background.

Coolness, thanks, trying to learn DSLR myself. It's more than interesting all that can be done with one. :)

Just a quick question on this build. Is that knob on the side directly connected to the pot on the driver? I've always been interested in having an adjustable current laser.

Bob, have you seen some of my astrophotography shots?
All done with a Canon DSLR.

No I haven't seen them before. Those are some beautiful shots of the Galaxy. Just stunning.

You've got yourself some real serious camera equipment! Very nice set up. So far out of my league, but I'm learning and having fun. Thanks for directing to to your photos and gear. Maybe one day? :)

Check out DTR site. The driver has solder pads for adding an external 10k pot. I prefer the 1 turn pot over the 3.75 turn pots I have. The drivers pot sets the amp out limit. The external pot allows adjustment within the limit you set on the driver.

Ok, guys, this is just a teaser since I only had a few moments to take a photo with my iPhone outside tonight.
Please wear your safety goggles to view the pic.

I'll do some proper shots when I get time or perhaps when the other unit arrives from Billy.
When testing it yesterday I was able to set leaves alight at 10m.

I've named this one "Billy One".
The other one (Custom Adjustable WL) will be "Billy Two".

Hope you like....
