Well I just got in an amazing green lab-type laser from Lasever, but because of problems with my order I no longer need it (was intended for an RGB but can't get a hold of the B). I'll be returning it to them soon, but I figured I'd just see if anyones interested in it at a dirt cheap price - I'm not looking for profit or anything on this so I'll accept $395 to get it shipped insured priority in the US (PM for foreign)
Now, for more details:
This module is an OEM style and it dang near small enough to be a portable (in fact you can remove the internal cylindrical module and make it portable if you hook up some batts and a regulator). The catch is that since its OEM you need to put a fan on it for extended runtimes. It should do 10 minutes+ without any problem, but if you want to leave it on forever, just stick a simple fan on top of it.
Now, for those lasershow lovers: this thing is rated for either CW, or TTL or Analog modulation (I believe the spec is up at ~20khz)
Manufacturer rates it at:

Residual IR <0.01% !!
TEC regulated!
Also comes with 1 year warranty from them (this thing is BRAND NEW except for my power testing)
Now for power this thing is a '150mW' model, but it easily pushes 200mW. All I did was lay a $1 computer fan on the head and PSU (literally just layed it on top) and it'll hold >205mW for hours. Its not quite as stable for the first few minutes, but here is a graph of its first 10 minutes:
Duration: 10 minutes - 10 samples per second - 6000 samples
Average power: 210.3mW
Peak power: 219.1mW
Standard Deviation: 4.778mW
So let me know if you're interested. This is your chance to get a great laser from a tried and true company at just a few bucks over what it cost me at the discounted reseller rate! I'd hate to send this thing back to China but that's where its going if no one wants it.
PS: Also got some custom made baseplates for attaching these to optical breadboards if anyone is interested.
