BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All those going to buy stuff from DeathAngel, beware he scammed me... He was supposed to build a laser for me, and was more than willing to take my money, but ONE MONTH later, and NO LASER.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER, HE'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY... BEWARE!!!!

Deathangel did seem a bit odd but have you contacted him about this and been able to talk to him about it? There may have been a mix up or lack of parts and he was waiting for them to come in. I'm just trying to think positive here. Hopefully it is just getting lagged in transit and will arrive shortly.

he didn't seem like someone who scam somebody. are you sure there wasn't a mix-up like Rhith suggested? Senkat, unless you knew for a fact that he scammed him, i don't think you should have banned him so quick. at least hear his side.

if its with paypal then hes screwed. Go sue his ass. paypal has a legal feature. He is stealing, petty theft (depending on hi state, in CA its petty theft unless over 400 bucks) which is AGAINST THE LAW it is a FELONY and he can get some serious consequences. go for it.

Well I kinda agree but one month is a long time to have to wait and there is more than one incident with DA. Also, post count does not mean anything as far as I am concerned..

(sorry if it seems off topic, but I want to give Death Angel (Tom) credit for the making it and delivery as promised! To any of our friends here, I want to say I got a fine seeming laser for a very fair price, and although I was offered, and promptly received a replacement for the one Tom (Death Angel) said went missing in the mail, I would like to see this all come out right! I don't want anyone burned! Also I have had even the Great LaserGlow take quite a while to make right a laser said to be lost in the mail lately! My point is please give the chance and if you send something, insure it and try to track as best you can! And give the seller time to right the problem when things don't go as planned! :

I'm patient (due to waiting for dx packages), was gonna leave it till the 6th before i done anything, even after reading he did not post dingles untill the 19th, even though he said he did so on the 7th. If it's not here in todays post i'll open a dispute as there is a limit between paying and opening disputes.

That's the whole point, I've tried to contact Death, and he would NOT respond. I've tried emailing him, messaging him via this forum, and msn. He's completely ignored me. I'm sorry, but there's a limit to my patience. I think 1 month is LONG ENOUGH!

I agree with Jayhawker08. Staff members should not be banning people based on a single report. Otherwise, it would be easy for malicious users to get innocent users banned, as reports are very easy to fake.

I opened a dispute

I sent "It's been a month with no sign of the package, other people have said you've scammed them, I'm just covering my back, if the package comes i'll drop the claim, but a month is too long. Sorry it come to this. Any info you have, postal receipts that can help you chase up the package etc would be helpful."

Hoping he'd be helpful.

He said "I sent the package over a month ago. The buyer did not pay for tracking info nor insurance."

Then escalated it to a claim.

So paypal have said

"A claim has been issued against this transaction. The seller's deadline for responding to this claim is 15 Dec. 2007. If the seller does not respond by the deadline, the claim will be decided in your favour."

What do you think they mean by that? Do you think they want him to prove he posted the item? When i post international without tracking I get a receipt of when the item was posted and where it was posted to. Which is prettymuch what I was asking for when I opened a dispute. Seems i'll be getting a refund in 10 days.

I had a trade with DA for my 35mw WL advanced for a DIY burner, and over a month and a half over he "supposedly" shipped it, nothing.

So I PM'd him and told him that I had recieved nothing, and that I would like my WL returned. This was last sunday.

He replied saying that he would ship it "first thing monday" If I get my damned laser back, he will have been brought back to even with me, but I doubt I'd ever do dealings with him again. IF I ever get it back.

Me = Pissed.
