2x 16x burning diodes
1x Ir 200mw OEM 808nm diode
1x solid brass laser housing with driver attached
1x solid brass laser housing with no driver
1x glass lens
1x 9v battery
2x heat sinks!
4x any value resistor you would like (got them all...lol)

Why is it so cheap!

After my previous posts every one complained about prices so this should fix the problem for you and get the money i need to buy a new laser pointer

What power is the IR diode? then input mA?

Anyway, you sound really desperate to get a Dilda. Tell you what... Send the stuff (minus the junk) over to me, i'll check it out, and if the diodes work, i'll send you a Dilda. And unlike the DX dilda, it will actually have current regulation, that won't rely on good fortune for feedback voltage.
